As Shenzen Kstar New Energy, we are a global, leading manufacturer and distributor of energy storage, inverters, and other renewable energy solutions with a 30-year history of success. As a global player in the renewable energy market, we focus on continuous development and constantly implement new projects in production, logistics, and sales. We are currently part of the Kstar Czech Republic team. That is why we are looking for competent managers and specialists who are passionate and ambitious in achieving their goals.
Duties:
Implementation of offline and online training plans
Building relationships with customers in the field of technical support
Ongoing technical support (online and offline)
Creating content in your native language based on materials provided by Kstar's technical departments in China
Responsibility for technical and training work performed
Supporting sales and marketing activities to achieve set goals
Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a technical consultant, sales support engineer, active designer of renewable energy storage installations, or a related field
Experience in creating effective training materials in cooperation with the technical and marketing departments
Business way of thinking and ability to contact subcontractors and traders
Experience in operating, servicing, designing, or auditing renewable energy installations
Excellent knowledge of English
High availability (approx. 40% field work)
Ability to analyze problems and generate solutions
