The person employed in this position will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of research equipment for the crystallization of functional materials, dedicated to applications in photonics and electronics.

Opis stanowiska
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe person employed in this position will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of research equipment for the crystallization of functional materials, dedicated to applications in photonics and electronics.
MAIN TASKS
- Operation of devices provided by the Laboratory,
- Carrying out crystallization processes,
- Preparation of systems for crystallization,
- Active participation in the implementation of research projects, analysing research results,
- Active participation in the dissemination of research results (participation in the creation of publications and conference presentations),
- Supervision and correction of any irregularities in the operation of test equipment,
- Taking care of reliable and timely implementation of research works,
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the Laboratory.
Wymagania
REQUIREMENTS- Higher education (faculties: physics, chemistry, materials engineering or related),
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years of experience in the implementation of R&D projects,
- Participation in at least 3 research projects thematically related to the receipt of materials crystalline,
- Experience in obtaining crystalline functional materials, confirmed by at least 3 publications in this field,
- Knowledge of the operation of research equipment, especially crystallization devices,
- Ability to plan and make documentation of processes,
- Planning skills, very good organization of work and cooperation in a team,
- The ability to creatively solve technological problems,
- Experience in disseminating research results,
- Good Ms Office computer skills,
- Basic knowledge of spoken and written English.
