Opis stanowiska
Key responsibilities include:- Perform experiments regarding the development and characterization of new composite materials with special photonic/optoelectronic properties (i.e., eutectic materials, glass doped with various nanoparticles and others),
- Participate in experimental design and data analysis,
- Participate in the data preparation and writing of manuscripts,
- Collaborate with other group members,
- Actively participate in lab meetings, scientific seminars and conferences.
Wymagania
Profile of candidates/requirements:- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in the field of materials science, physics, chemistry, or similar,
- Laboratory exposure to at least one of the following disciplines: crystal growth, glass or ceramic synthesis, photonics, will be a plus,
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English,
- A proactive approach to achieving tasks and objectives, good interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude,
- A strong motivation for scientific research,
- Willingness to learn and take new challenges, ability to work independently.
