Opis stanowiska
- Product stewardship Raw Materials Documents management in GRMC, Sphera IA & GABI data base
- Monitors inbound centralized mail and uploads sustainability and Life cycle analysis (LCA) documents into the GRMC data base and or GABI
- Audits received documentation to allocate it to the correct GRMC code and check if the document is not a duplicate before uploading it to the data base
- Be able to support on regulatory data maintenance
- Be the interface between product stewardship and Global Procurement/Sales to ensure proper documentation globally
- Maintain data in Sphera IA and GABI
Wymagania
- Ability to communicate in English effectively through phone, emails and meetings
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related field and/or experience in Regulatory affairs
- Familiar with SDS/TDS and Regulatory information
- Experience with Sphera/IA system nice to have
- High level of Access/Excel skills and experience with SAP nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical or engineering industry will be an asset
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective team working skills with good time management
- Please note that this a defined period contract for 1 year
