- Chemical engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial water treatment products on the following applications: cooling, boiler, RO and cleaning
- Successful commercial experiences
- Technical knowledge in blended chemical products (theoretical and use)
- English fluent – other languages appreciated
- Frequent business trips across Poland
Main missions
- Development of standard chemical treatment strategies – in close relation with the European Business Line – for cooling, boiler, RO and cleaning applications
- Development of standard chemical key offers for cooling, boiler, RO and cleaning applications
- Defining a long term strategy – in agreement with his management – for chemical sales through elaboration and animation of an operation business plan
- Support the development of chemicals sales within the Veolia group
- Piloting the answer to tenders / RFQ for chemicals in Poland
- Follow-up of bookings and opportunities through the internal Veolia CRM
- Ability to work independently but retain close alignment and cooperation with functional teams and management
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive and sense of accountability
- A passion for delivering customer satisfaction and relationship development
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Results oriented and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent project management and problem solving capacity
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, matrix style global business
- Relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
