We are currently looking for a person for the position:
Senior Sales Manager
Place of work: Prague, remote
Region of activity: Czech Republic and Slovakia
Duties:
Implementation of sales plans
Building a diversified customer portfolio
Recommendations for the marketing plan and logistics network to meet budgets
Maintaining good relationships with business partners
Responsibility for the sales budget
Selection of appropriate tools necessary to implement the budget
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a director/sales manager in a company from the construction, renewable energy, or related industries
Experience in creating a compelling customer portfolio in cooperation with the technical and logistics departments
Business mindset and negotiation skills
Experience in marketing/promotion of offered products
Excellent knowledge of English
High availability (approx. 80% field work)
Ability to analyze problems and generate solutions
