Opis stanowiska
- Acquire used electrical and electronic devices from institutional and individual clients in order to provide their service, repair, preparation for re-use and re-introduction to trading on Polish and foreign markets (mainly mobile phones, laptops, computers, modems, set-top boxes, servers and tablets),
- Initiate appropriate measures to increase sales,
- Handle complaints, find solutions to client’s issues and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures,
- Carry out the complete sales process,
- Maintain accurate client records,
- Keep track of any contract updates and renewals,
- Initiate/hold activities to develop a thorough understanding of Interseroh service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients,
- Carry out activities as part of future-oriented projects (interdisciplinary, country and international levels).
Wymagania
- Minimum secondary education is required;
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in sales or customer service role;
- Basic technical knowledge of types, brands and models of electrical and electronic equipment;
- Networking with entities organizing or able to organize collections of used electrical and electronic devices (e.g. chambers of commerce, schools, housing associations, commercial units, etc.);
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback;
- English skills min C1 level, other European language skills are an advantage;
- Driving license, cat. B;
- Target orientation and entrepreneurial attitude;
- Decision taking.
