Health and Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities according to Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of September 2nd 1997 on Occupational Health and Safety Services.
• Active participation, at least once a year, in preparation and control of progress in implementation of SSIP (Site Safety Improvement Plan) with accordance to Vesuvius requirements.
• Communication and control of progress in implementation of Corporate Vesuvius Standards.
• Promoting health and safety in office environment, rising up safety culture level and meeting the KPIs by using Corporate HS tools, training and audits.
• Promoting well-being by organizing training and rising up the knowledge using  available tools and proper methods.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a Safety Specialist in international work environment.
• University degree in H&S or postgraduate studies in H&S.
• Promoting and conducting OHS training effectively.
• Knowledge of H&S regulation.
• Knowledge of Labor Law.
• Knowledge of Fire Prevention Regulation.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of internal H&S audit and/or ISO 45001 Internal Audit.
